Description

The route starts and ends at the lodge Snøheim. Most of the route is off-trail and goes through very rocky terrain, and to complete the circuit without significant detours one has to climb or abseil several sections.

  • This performance is currently listed at the fastest known time at fastestknowntime.com, but according to the GPX-file, Krogvig skipped the first summit, Knubben, and has not completed the full route. The moderators of fastestknowntime.com are aware, but have kept this as the record anyway, given that Krogvig certainly would have beaten the record even if he had followed the correct route. However, in this list, I recognize Eiving Monsås' time of 06:01:30 as the record still, as I have found no other better performance for the complete route.
